Dedication to--These races are dedicated to my dad, Bill Childers, now deceased. He was a retired CMSGT with 28 years in the Air Force, proudly served. He passed away in March of 2009.
These races are dedicated to his memory and are as close to the date of his death possible. Some people have questioned the date of these races, but never asked the reason for the date. So there it is for those that care to ask.

Salado Creek Park you must park at Paesano’s. The race will start at Paesano's, and the eats will be at Paesanos after the race. After parking at Paesano’s you will walk about ¼ mile to the start. Paesano’s 1604 is at 3622 Paesano’s Parkway, San Antonio, Texas or go to Paesano’s website.
