Race 1 of 4 in the Alamo Beer Series Challenge

This is race 1 in a series of races that are to be treated as milestone training runs. We follow a 18 week training schedule designed for runners and running groups that are training for the SATX or BCS Marathon and Half Marathon. These milestone races are designed to keep you on track. They are also used to allow you to meet everyone in the area that is training just like you.

This starts early Saturday morning in August at beautiful Tuscany Venue. At the center of this shaded beautiful venue, with expansive grounds, lies a century-old home nestled amidst a picturesque canopy of trees, surrounded by three distinct outdoor patios and an intimate water fountain. You won’t want to miss!

We have added a Half Marathon 3-person relay to add more excitement and camaraderie to the beginning of running season. Get on your text group, and build your Team!

Thanks for signing up for our race, sometimes things change and you have to transfer your race entry or change the race, we understand. Please understand that this takes time to make these changes and we charge $20 to make that change or transfer. $30 to transfer the day before the race. No transfers after race day. It doesn’t mean we don’t love you.

Late registrations not guaranteed custom bib and can pick up race shirt after the last race has started. If we run out, we will order more shirts.

 Awards: 

All finishers will receive a medal.

All series finishers (all 4 races) get an additional medal.

Award categories is 1st – 4th for 5k, 10k, and 13.1. And 1st-3rd for each Relay Divison.

Age categories:
14 and under, 15-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+

First overall male and female, first overall masters male and female, and first overal super masters male and female will be based on Gun Time.

All age group awards will be based on Chip Time due to needing to start in waves.
