FAQ

FEATURED QUESTIONS:

How do I change my distance, event, or switch to virtual?

You can login into Race Roster, hit the transfer button, and make the changes yourself. If you have issues, you can contact Race Roster Customer Support at 1-855-969-5515.

When is packet pick up?

We usually announce PPU (Packet Pickup) the week before the race to include the location, date and time. We work with vendors to secure their support and their space to allow runners to come to their business to pick up their packets. We will always have a PPU race day at the start location for out of town registrants.

Can someone pick up my packet for me?

Yes – unless it is a triathlon. Triathlon rules state that each participant will show their ID and current triathlon USAT number to pick up their own packet.

Will you have aid stations on your running course?

Yes, we place aid stations where we are allowed to place them, we always need volunteers to help at each aid station.

Will there be porta potties on the course?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Some venues do not allow porta potties on the course. We will post a race map and show where the porta potties will be located. We try to make sure that the volunteers have access to a porta potty, that is also available to the runners.

Will you have water and Gatorade at the aid stations.

Yes.

Does every finisher get a medal?

Yes. We try to make sure we have enough medals for each race. Each medal is unique for that race. if we run out, we will get your race number and make sure you get your finisher medal at a later date.

Do you have a cutoff time?

We have an unofficial cutoff time of 4 hours for the half marathon. That 4 hours is flexible. If you feel you might need over this time please email the race director.

Do you have Age Group Discounts?

Yes, 16 and younger also get 50% off, we ask them to help clean up and to help before and after their races to earn those discounts.  We need those young legs helping us older people to clean up and put items away after the race.  Our racing family is just that, a family.  We expect you to treat everyone with respect and to help everyone to the best of your ability.

70 and over also gets 50% off.  We want you to help the younger runners by giving advice, keeping peace within the ranks if anything should go wrong.  If you are able financially able we want you to donate to the non profits, fundraise for them or volunteer for them.

We are providing these discounts to these two groups for these reasons.
